Shipping Method

All items have stock enough. Normally we provide 2 kinds shipping methods (standard and express) options in your shopping cart. Standard shipping is for free and often ship by China Post Air Parcel or Hong Kong Air Parcel, it take about up to 30 days to delivery. Express shipping need extra $9 USD, often ship by EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX and etc. The delivery speed is more fast, usually 5-10 days to delivery. Both of 2 kinds shipping methods, delivery to door are guaranteed. In addition, we are not responsible for buyers customs taxes or VAT. But we try our best to help buyer lower or avoid customs duties, usually write a value of USD $50-100 on package and describle item as "Family Gift". If you have any special requirement, please leave a order message to tell us when you place an order.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 7 days. We will give you a satisfied solution, Refund, exchange, resend and return are available. If you want to return your items, Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box. For avoiding the dispute, Please feel free to contact us for any issus at first. We accept  7-day Policy Return for the following reasons (We don't pay the return shipping fee):

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

What if the product arrives and it is not what you ordered?

If you believe that you have received product that is not what you ordered, please contact us on the first available business day.We may request digital photos of the product received to confirm product details, size, color, etc. If the products you have received do not match those that you have ordered, Our Store will replace your products or pick-up and refund your purchase. The decision to replace or refund will be made in consultation with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties.

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition. That means we don't accept the return once the products have been used. And we don't pay the return package's shipping fee. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service by our customer email(service@deisignerforu.com).

Notes:  Please bring your  package to your  local post office, then choose a shipment method with tracking number. We can only receive the package from overseas post office. Please email the tracking number to our customer service once you ship out the package, or we don't take any responsibility if we can't receive the package in time and to be returned back to you.
